Initially I was supposed to do a business profile for an Asheville business, but when they were not available I remembered the grand opening sign I saw in Etowah and pitched this one instead.
I am so glad I did. I talked to Dan for more than an hour and watched him make a bear out of a cord of wood in less than 15 minutes.
Dan is a very religious man and when he talked to me it seemed like he was telling me the things I needed to hear to get through this difficult time between jobs.
In addition to getting a great story, I was also renewed with a greater sense of purpose. I know that my writing skills are gifts from God and Dan reminded me that I need to lean on them to get to the next phase of my career.
